In addition, there are several customisation options for your browser and device that could help you use this website and other websites more effectively.

4. Feedback and contact information

Please contact us if you have an accessibility query or have problems accessing information or using the TAP Feed.

5. Making changes to your device or system

AbilityNet has advice on making your devices easier to use if you have a disability. In addition, major operating systems produce the following guidance:

5.2 Advice for Apple users

5.3 Advice for Microsoft users

6. Alternative formats

We've designed our content to be as accessible as possible. If you still experience barriers with accessing information provided by university partners, they may be able to offer their content in alternative formats.

7. Non-accessible content

We formally test the accessibility of the TAP Feed against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. This test includes all new features before they are released. If you find something that is not accessible, please contact us.

8. Custom branding on TAP Feeds

TAP Feed administrators can add primary and secondary colours to their TAP Feed. TAP administrators should ensure that text that will appear in or against your primary colour satisfies the WCAG 2.1 AA colour contrast ratio.

9. Non-compliance with accessibility regulations

Some Javascript elements on the TAP Feed present focus indication issues on some partner websites when embedded inside an iframe. We aim to correct these problems over time in collaboration with partners.

Our website contains third-party content. We do not have control over and are not responsible for the accessibility of this content, but we make best endeavours to work with the third party to improve its accessibility. This may include:
