Support Hours: Our Customer Success Teams are based in London and Melbourne. Typical office hours are:

  • London: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (GMT)
  • Melbourne: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (AEST)

For major issues, we aim to resolve them within 1-3 business days.
